ASSAHORE Konan Jacques, born on 8 July 1961 in Sinfra, is a senior Ivorian civil servant, a graduate of ENA and the father of five children. He spent his career at the Treasury, where he rose through the ranks to become Director General in 2016, spearheading major modernisation and financial management reforms. Elected as a Member of Parliament in 2021 and then President of the Gbêkê Regional Council in 2023, he has also distinguished himself through his commitment to associations and his key role in the organisation of the 2023 African Cup of Nations. He has received several awards for the quality of his public service, including the Public Administration Partnership Prize and the Pan-African Prize for the best public administration in West Africa. Since October 2023, he has been Côte d'Ivoire's Minister for the Environment, Sustainable Development and Ecological Transition.

Almoktar Allahoury, Managing Director of TotalEnergie Côte d'Ivoire, brings a wide range of expertise acquired throughout his career. After graduating in computer engineering in 2008, he began his career with Accenture Paris, before moving into entrepreneurship, co-founding CIPMEN in Niger. His appointment as head of TotalEnergies CI comes after a successful term as CEO of Total Marketing Tchad, bearing witness to his leadership and commitment to the African energy sector.

Sékou Korumba holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from INP-HB and a Global Executive Master's in Management from HEC Paris. He has over 30 years' experience with TotalEnergies, where he is currently Corporate Sales Director. His expertise spans business strategy, financial development and global corporate management, with a particular focus on improving the customer experience in Côte d'Ivoire's mining sector.

Antoine Resk Diomandé, Director of ESG, Impact & Foundation at Atlantic Group, is an expert in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategies with over 15 years' professional experience. He is a former Climate Change Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) Paris and former head of sustainable development in the chocolate and cocoa industry in France. Antoine has experience in climate finance projects and impact philanthropy. He holds a PhD in Organisational Communications from the University of Lyon II and a DUT from the Institut National Polytechnique de Côte d'Ivoire (INP-HB). He is currently leading Atlantic Group's decarbonisation strategy at industrial level in the cement and cocoa sectors and through circularity projects.

As Ardian Operating Partner since 2020, Fabio supported the Ardian Infrastructure Team in developing hydrogen projects, notably the creation of Hy24 management company. As founder and former CEO of Symbio, a leading European fuel cell company, Fabio initiated the hydrogen mobility market in France and Europe by promoting a business model for mobility, based on captive fleets with Public Private Partnerships. This model was adopted by public authorities (former VP of France Hydrogen) and territories (The Zero Emission Valley project in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Region, which became a model for Europe). He achieved similar success in his previous sector, where he innovated in call centers and voice over IP during his 20 years in the telecom industry (Comtas, Seditel, MG2, NetCentrex, Comverse).

20 years of experience in supporting business development, regulations improvement, and public subsidies through public affairs and external relations. As Director of Public Affairs and External Relations for Symbio, a joint-venture between Michelin and Faurecia specialized in fuel cells, Fabiola participated in the design of the French government roadmap for the hydrogen sector and led the deployment of public-private projects candidates for European subsidies (600 M€). She was previously Director of the Public Affairs Department of the French Rumeur Publigue agency, with a focus on energy and environment related businesses. In addition, Fabiola is specialized in economic intelligence (Agence de l’Information Technologique ADIT), especially in India. She is a Sciences-Po and Paris-ESSEC graduate.

Matthieu Glachant is a professor at MINES ParisTech. He is an environmental and energy economist. He works in particular on green innovation, renewable energies, the circular economy, policies to combat the greenhouse effect and adaptation to climate change. He acts as an expert for various institutions, in particular the OECD and the World Bank. He is a member of the Conseil National de l'Economie Circulaire and the Conseil Economique pour le Développement Durable. He is also associate editor of the journal Resource and Energy Economics and Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics.

Leïla Vallée-Mellouk is a sustainable development adviser at the French Treasury. She recently contributed to the publication on carbon markets in West Africa, highlighting the opportunity for France to strengthen its climate leadership. Her role involves coordinating sustainable development efforts and supporting carbon market initiatives in the region.

Guillaume Koffi is a renowned Ivorian architect. A graduate of the École Spéciale d'Architecture in Paris, he set up his first practice in 1995 before joining forces with Issa Diabaté in 2001 to create Koffi & Diabaté Architectes. He chaired the Ordre National des Architectes de Côte d'Ivoire from 2006 to 2014. Guillaume Koffi is also behind the Archibat exhibition, a major event for architecture in Côte d'Ivoire. He has been awarded the Chevalier de l'Ordre National et du mérite Culturel.

Issa Diabaté, an Ivorian architect, is a partner of Guillaume Koffi in the firm Koffi & Diabaté Architectes. A graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-Belleville, he joined Guillaume Koffi in 2001 to set up this renowned practice. Issa Diabaté is renowned for his contributions to contemporary architecture in Côte d'Ivoire. He has been involved in a number of major architectural projects, influencing the region's urban landscape. His work is characterised by an innovative and sustainable approach.

Jean Marc Don Mello is an Architect working in Cote d'Ivoire. With past experience at Shigeru Ban and Yasui Architects in Tokyo, he bridges cultures through design.Now at Koffi & Diabaté, he shapes ambitious urban and cultural projects across West Africa.From Office buildings to intelligent transport hubs, his portfolio is as diverse as it is bold.He holds a Master's from Shibaura Institute of Technology and a BA from London Met. Fluent in French, English, and Japanese, Jean Marc designs across borders and languages.

Bernard Koffi is a recognised expert in environmental management and climate action. With solid experience in developing harmonised legal frameworks, he has led regional initiatives to strengthen the fight against climate change and hazardous waste management in West Africa. He has also played a key role in aligning ECOWAS environmental policies with the objectives of the Paris Agreement. His skills in intergovernmental coordination and sustainable development make him a key player in the preservation of West African ecosystems.

Alexandre Dufour is CEO of the Erium Group, an industrial and medical gases company operating in 12 African countries. Under his leadership, Erium has positioned itself as an African leader by focusing on innovation, sustainability and local engagement. The name ‘Erium’ reflects the scientific expertise and positive environmental impact of its solutions. Alexandre Dufour is leading an ambitious investment plan aimed at strengthening local production and supporting industrial projects in Africa while respecting people and the environment.

Paul is co-managing partner of Clean Valley Capital. A seasoned M&A expert with over 20 years of experience in complex cross-border M&A transactions, his expertise in market analysis, valuation, regulatory and strategic advisory has secured significant mandates across sectors across Europe and North America. Paul is currently involved in project finance in Europe and Africa bringing multilaterals, souvereign wealth funds and other institutional to large scale projects in energy, agriculture and sustainable mining. Paul holds the master degree of Tilburg University (Netherlands) and bachelor of University or Utrecht (Netherlands) and speaks 7 languages.

Wen Emmanuel Mampouya is a doctoral candidate in forestry science and holds a Master's degree in water and forest engineering. After training at the École Normale Supérieure d'Agronomie et de Foresterie in Congo, he specialised in the study of biodiversity and wood density in savannah shrubs. He is currently a full-time consultant at GO2-Markets, where he applies his expertise to carbon offsetting and sustainable development initiatives. As Energy and Climate Solutions Origination Manager for the African market, he helps companies and renewable energy project developers to achieve their climate objectives, in particular by investing in projects or managing carbon credits through his company's client portfolio.

Sylvie Kayitesi Kanimba is a civil engineer with a Master's degree in water supply engineering. She has managed major infrastructure and energy projects in Rwanda. Co-founder of Mobisol Rwanda, she was then Managing Director of Engie Energy Access Rwanda. She is currently Managing Director of Engie Energy Access Côte d'Ivoire. Her work focuses on access to sustainable energy and community development. She has over 20 years' experience in engineering, WASH and renewable energy.

Patrice Adayé is the Managing Director of Agro-map, an Ivorian company specialising in the restoration and conservation of natural ecosystems. Under his leadership, Agro-map was awarded the 2023 National Prize for Excellence for Best Reforestation Operator for its efforts to improve Côte d'Ivoire's forest cover. The company has produced 18 million forest and fruit seedlings, reforested 850 hectares of degraded forest and created hundreds of jobs. Patrice Adayé is recognised for his commitment to the environment and the fight against the effects of climate change.

Yves Mariko is an energy and climate transition expert at Africa Energy Transition Services (AETS). He pursued a brilliant higher education, entering the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) after a literary preparatory course. He specialises in climate finance, carbon credit structuring and green finance. Yves Mariko provides technical assistance for carbon-free projects in Africa.

Nicole Aphing Kouassi is an agricultural engineer by training and a specialist in research and development. Since July 2011, she has been Deputy Director General of the Agence Nationale d'Appui au Développement Rural (ANADER), where she has worked for more than 20 years. She is a member of several networks involved in the extension of agricultural advice and the professionalisation of farmers' organisations. She has taken part in a number of sub-regional, regional and international consultations on the partnership between research, extension and professional organisations.

Mohamed is an expert in sustainable infrastructure development in Africa, specialising in advising on, structuring and financing energy and infrastructure projects. He is currently Senior Investment Officer at the IFC's Infrastructure and Natural Resources Division. Previously, he worked at the African Development Bank, where he managed major projects in energy, transport and mobility. He was also technical advisor at the ECOWAS Renewable Energy Centre and programme manager at IRENA. Mohamed holds degrees in environmental and energy management (University of Twente) and engineering (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign).
